His professional experience includes roles as a Program Manager and Senior Counselor at both government and non-profit rehabilitation centers. His expertise is recognized through numerous certifications, including as a certified Social Welfare Worker, and specialized training in Motivational Interviewing, rehabilitation management, and the neuro-psychology of addiction.

Born in Aceh, Fadil began his personal journey of recovery in 2017 at the BNN Sukabumi Lido rehabilitation center. Following his successful completion of the in-patient program and aftercare in Cirebon, he dedicated his life to helping others overcome addiction. With a career in counseling that began in March 2018, Fadil combines his lived experience with professional expertise to provide compassionate and effective support. They earned their medical degree in 2014 and went on to complete their specialization in psychiatry at the same university in 2017. With a dedication to providing mental health care, dr. Anak Agung Ngurah Bagus Adhitya Wirakusuma, SpKj currently practices as a psychiatrist at Andamed Pharmacy and Buana Med Pharmacy in Bali.

Santi is a licensed psychologist with a strong background in both educational and clinical psychology. They earned a Master of Professional Psychology degree from Gadjah Mada University, specializing in Educational Psychology, after completing their undergraduate studies at the Islamic University of Indonesia. With extensive experience working at various institutions, including psychological bureaus and foundations, [Name] provides comprehensive counseling and support.
